INSPECTA COMBO L & HPL
In the COMBO version the machine can be equipped with the drilling and/or routing package (drilling-routing software, dedicated tooling plate, dedicated air bearing spindle, contact drilling system, high number of tools). In case of Inspecta COMBO HPL and according to the panel dimension, the machine can drill two stacks of panel (like a two head machine) or one stack of large dimension (with one spindle only).
Drilling\Routing spindle
According to the relevant configuration, the machine can be equipped with a microdrilling spindle on one head and a routing spindle on the other head.
Contact drilling
This system allows both, broken bit detection and controlled depth drilling.
Any breakage/chipping of small diameter drill bits can be detected in real time and by using dedicated tools very high quality on blind holes can be achieved.
Pressure foot
According to machine configuration the spindle can be provided with standard or bush exchange pressure foot (in case of drilling) or with standard or floating pressure foot (in case of routing).
